Almond Flour Naan | Kevin Wagonfoot
I’ll be honest with you—when I first tried making naan with almond flour, I thought I’d discovered the secret to looking like I had my life together. Turns out, it’s just a really forgiving recipe that doesn’t judge you if your first attempt looks a little wonky.
This version has become my weeknight workhorse. It’s soft, it’s quick, and it pairs with just about everything I throw at it. Plus, my kitchen doesn’t smell like I’ve been deep-frying, which is always a win in my book.
Why This Works for Anti-Inflammatory
What I appreciate most is how this naan plays nicely with an anti-inflammatory approach to eating. Almond flour brings in good fats and protein without the refined carbs, so your blood sugar stays steady and you’re not reaching for a snack an hour later. It’s one of those swaps that actually tastes good enough that you won’t feel like you’re missing out.
