I started writing cookbooks because I got tired of missing my favorite restaurant dishes after changing how I eat. Whether it was keto, paleo, or low carb — every diet felt like it came with a list of foods I couldn’t have anymore. So I started recreating the meals I loved, one recipe at a time.
Turns out, I wasn’t the only one who felt that way. What started as a personal project became 14 published cookbooks on Amazon, covering everything from keto to carnivore to Mediterranean — all built around the same idea: bold flavors, simple ingredients, and recipes that actually taste like the food you miss.
Every recipe I write serves two people and uses five core ingredients. I believe cooking should be easy enough to do on a weeknight and good enough to make you forget you’re on a diet.
When I’m not in the kitchen, I’m probably tinkering with automation tools, testing new recipe ideas, or figuring out how to make the next cookbook even better than the last one.
