I’m Kevin Wagonfoot, and I write cookbooks for people who want real food without the fuss.
Why I started this
I got tired of recipe blogs that bury a 6-ingredient meal under 2,000 words of life story. I wanted the opposite: short ingredient lists, clear steps, and food you can actually put on the table on a Tuesday night.
What I cook
My books cover the diets I cook for myself and my family: keto, low-carb, paleo, paleo AIP, Mediterranean, longevity (Blue Zone), weeknight dinners, carnivore, and diabetes-friendly. Every cookbook in my catalog is something I’d happily hand to a friend who just got a new diagnosis or made a new commitment.
How I publish
I’m an independent author. I print my books, run my own email list, and answer my own email. If you’ve bought a book from me, you bought it from a one-person shop — not a publishing house.
