Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated erythritol
- 4 large egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond milk, cocoa powder, erythritol, egg yolks, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into small ramekins or cups that will fit in your slow cooker.
- Add water to the slow cooker, filling it until it reaches halfway up the sides of the ramekins.
- Cover the slow cooker with its lid and set it on low heat. Cook for about 4 hours, or until the pots de creme are set.
- Once done, carefully remove the ramekins from the slow cooker and let them cool to room temperature.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
